While we try to provide accurate information, we cannot assure it. As with most anything, exercise appropriate caution when doing business with entities you are unfamiliar with. Schedules often change or may have exceptions during holidays, call businesses beforehand if unsure of their schedule during off-season and holidays.

Calculations for nearby places and events is based on direct point-to-point distance and not driving routes, so some entries within a range search may be actually longer in driving distance. The difference can be more extreme the wider range you set to search.

With the exception of some public services - listings and advertising are restricted to businesses, groups, and events operating within Amador, Calaveras and Tuolumne Counties.

Content is edited for corrections, consistency and improving overall use and experience, Advertisers' content and/or graphics may be refused or requested for replacement if it goes against the overall site consistency or seems misleading in its nature. While advertisers do get some preferential results in search, graphic banners and other benefits, they do not have influence the approval/disapproval of other's listings.

Listings may be refused/deleted for being out of area, prejudicial, promoting exclusionary or harmful intent, or misleading content. We welcome a healthy diverse community of religion, beliefs, orientations, and affiliations that behave "excellent to each other." If you have a personal issue with an individual or business, it is always best to settle such matters directly with them, not here.

If you do find an error, please use the easy-to-access built-in forms to provide us with feedback, corrections, additions and deletions. We do not charge for listing in the site, but we do have promotional rates for enhanced display as well as preferential search results, contact us if interested be suspicious if someone contacts you representing us and asking for money.

Feedback and other communication to Larry Made may be published for public viewing.

Community data collected is solely intended only for use by this site, not for re-selling. Contact information (other than what is in the listing) is not made public. Tracking cookies are not generated by this site, and restrictions on advertising graphics prevents exterior tracking on this site - we cannot guarantee the intention of links away from this site. Data of queries made and selected entries may be recorded in web and search logs in order to improve the system and possibly for marketing to advertisers (in anonymous form).

Notices of violations of a legal nature (including DMCA notices) need to be sent in writing via mail (not email or feedback) and must include
  • Identification of the work or material being infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location, with sufficient detail so that we are capable of finding it and verifying its existence.
  • Contact information for the notifying party (the "Notifying Party"), including name, street and mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  • A statement that the Notifying Party has a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or law.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that the Notifying Party is either the copyright owner, or authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • A signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.

After removing material pursuant to a valid notice, Larry Made will attempt to notify those responsible for the allegedly infringing material that it has removed or disabled access to the material. Larry Made reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate the account of any advertiser who is the subject of repeated notifications.

Submitting a Counter-Notification:


If you believe you are the wrongful subject of a legal or DMCA notification, you may file a counter-notification with Larry Made by providing the following information to the Designated Agent at the address below:

  • The specific URLs of material that Larry Made has removed or to which Larry Made has disabled access.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the federal district courts located in San Francisco, CA if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
  • The following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or mis-identification of the material to be removed or disabled."
  • Sign the written document.
  • Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Larry Made will forward it to Notifying Party who submitted the original notification. The original Notifying Party (or the copyright holder he or she represents) will then have ten (10) days to notify us that he or she has filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material. If Larry Made does not receive any such notification within ten (10) days, we may restore the material to the Services.
