MURPHYS HOTEL 7TH ANNUAL CHILI COOK-OFF

GENERAL PUBLIC TASTING: 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Admission - 5 cans of Food or $5.00
Taste all chili's and house made cornbread
Tasters will receive ballot to vote for your favorite chili

CHILI COOK-OFF CONTESTANTS:
Entry Fee is ten cans of food or $10.00
Each contestant must cook a minimum of three gallons of chili
Contestant meeting with the host will be at 9:45 AM

Judges Awards will be based on:
1) Flavor, 2) Texture, 3) "Best Theme"
Prizes donated by the local business community

Proceeds benefit the Hospice of Amador and Calaveras Counties and the Resource Connection Calaveras Food Bank
