Gold totin', belly achin' hungry town folk to attend the
Old El Dorado Jamboree Dinner and Dance.
This 1850s style fundraising event will be held on Saturday March 7th at the Mountain Ranch Community Hall to benefit the 2015 Mountain Ranch Youth Alliance operating budget. As part of the Old Eldorado Jamboree, you can come dressed in 1850s duds and be part of the fun.
The Emporium Saloon (no host bar serving beer and wine) opens at 5:00 p.m. Vittles (dinner) will be served at 6:00 p.m. and features BBQ Pork Tri-Tip by the local Joses Ranch, plus sourdough biscuits, cornbread, miner's beans, other side dishes of the era, and bread puddin' for dessert.
There will also be music and song from Jill Warren, a talented local musician, plus Black Bart and other historical characters will entertain all with antics of the era and more A 50/50 raffle will raise funds for the lucky ticket winner as well as the Lunch with Us Program.
Adult admission is $25 and includes one raffle ticket ($10 for Young 'un's age 12 and under) . Tickets are available at the Resource Center and Country Curl in Mountain Ranch, and must be purchased by March 4th.
