Description
Dress up in your Victorian Easter finery and join us for our annual Victorian Easter Celebration! Parade on Main Street at 1:00pm and Egg Hunts throughout the day for three age groups. Find the golden egg and receive a special prize! Be on the lookout for Thaddeus E. Hare (aka the Easter Bunny) walking around town and handing out goodies to the kids! There will be a raffle for Easter Baskets filled with goodies from Columbia's merchants at 3:00pm in front of the Johnson's Livery stable.
PARADE
Participation in our Victorian Easter Parade is highly encouraged with a lively march down Main Street at 1:00pm.
EGG-CITING EGG HUNTS FOR KIDS:
Small Fry Egg Search (ages 3-5) at 12:00pm
Junior Egg Poachers (ages 6-8) at 2:00pm
Great Egg Scramblers (ages 9-12) at 2:30pm
Find the golden egg in each hunt for a special prize!
EASTER BASKETS RAFFLE
Don't miss our spectacular Easter Basket Raffle at 3:00pm, featuring beautiful baskets filled with goodies, generously donated by local businesses. Tickets are $1.00 each, or 25 for $20.00. Stop by the Columbia Chamber of Commerce booth in the middle of town to view the baskets and drop your tickets into the receptacles in front of your favorite baskets!
ARRIVE EARLY
Parking fills up fast, so early arrival is recommended. If parking on the street shoulder, please do not block roads, driveways, or access roads.
