Our goal is to make wine in the traditional Italian style. We do not create aggressive, overpowering wines, but rather varietals that are smooth, well balanced, and compliment any dish. When I reflect on the true essence of wine, I believe that wine is meant to be enjoyed with friends and family. This is what our wine embodies tradition, pride, and family.

Great wines are first made in the vineyard. We use old world processes which were passed down from generation to generation, and we do everything by hand. We farm to low yields and allow the grapes to show their unique character by doing as little as possible to hinder their way into becoming smooth, full-bodied varietals. This love of the land, and the fruit, allows us to produce some of the finest Amador County wines you'll encounter.
