Central Sierra Continuum of Care (CoC, also known as CA-256) is a regional or local planning body that coordinates housing and services funding for homeless families and individuals serving Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Mariposa, and Tuolumne Counties.

Mission Statement: “The Central Sierra Continuum of Care provides leadership, support, and resources for our regional partnership, that result in safe and stabilized housing, addressing needs of the homeless or those at risk of homelessness.”
