- Organize and present an annual Quilt Faire to display the work of our guild for our community and to raise money to continue our mission.
- Maintain an active and current library of quilting and needlework books.
- Create an annual Scholarship Quilt to be raffled to raise money to provide scholarships for local high school students planning to attend college.
- Create a supply of “comfort” quilts and pillowcases to be donated to various charitable organizations in the community, such as Child Protective Services (CPS) and the Sheriff’s Department.
- Create an American Doll package to be raffled to raise money which will be used to fund a supplemental arts program at a Calaveras County school.
- In addition to the goals stated above, contribute up to 10% of the previous year’s Quilt Faire net profits to philanthropic or scholarship programs with the approval of the Board, e.g. the local food bank, community hospice, etc.
