Miners Mustard offers the perfect combination of hot and sweet flavors to tempt your taste buds. Its unique flavor provides the perfect compliment when used as a condiment, but also is wonderful when grilling salmon, beef, chicken or pork. Miners Mustard would be comparable to honey mustard.

Gold Strike is made with Organic Agave Nectar (a natural sugar) and has half of the amount of sweetness as Miners Mustard. Gold Strike is comparable to a Dijon.

Claim Jumper is a wasabi blend. If you like wasabi you will probably like Claim Jumper. It's not a "burn your face off" hot, but it has a kick.

Fool's Gold is a garlic dijon, made with an organic white wine. Fool's Gold is more of a traditional type mustard with an extra zip.
