Description
Posterity Ciderworks is a husband-wife owned cidery based in Mokelumne Hill, CA. Using locally foraged ingredients and California apples, pears, and quinces, all of our ciders are fermented dry, naturally gluten free, and contain no added dyes, artificial flavors, or added sulfites. Our passion is using fruit from old orchards and homesteads throughout Calaveras, Tuolumne, and Amador counties.
