BEAR'S LAIR

Bear's Lair is a cozy hide-away featuring 2 private suites. Each one has its own queen size bed, a tub/shower, robes and a fireplace. Other amenities include your own charming living room, kitchen & bar, many unusual games, and of course WiFi. Relax on the huge covered porch and enjoy being surrounded by the big trees of a private half-acre park.

A comfortable experience for one or two couples. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. White Pines Lake, the Sierra Nevada Logging Museum and the Arnold Rim Trail are just a mile down the road. Calaveras Big Trees State Park is only 5 minutes away and Bear Valley Ski Resort and Lake Alpine are an additional half hour up the hill.

Bear's Lair is the lodging arm of the Ebbetts Pass Visitors Center, so we really can "tell you where to go" From wine tasting and hiking to kayaking and caving, we'll help make your stay in the "Real Sierra" full of fond memories.
