Moke Hill Music Festival Ensemble

This very talented group of percussionists includes several individuals with ties to Mokelumne Hill, plus the San Francisco State University Percussion Ensemble. They bring together the intersection of sound, noise and music and will premiere pieces composed by group members. Expect chains, cell phones, frying pans and many other extremely delicate sound sources, along with Ragz Pole, a Calaveras-invented instrument.
